— HOW WE WORK

Evidence-based, whole-person care

We don't treat diagnoses in isolation. Every person who walks through our door brings a full life: relationships, history, strengths, and goals. Our approach begins with understanding yours.

We see clients in person at our Frankfort, IL and Lowell, IN offices. Virtual options may be available on a case-by-case basis.

— ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We also provide:

Beyond our core specialties, we provide compassionate support for adults dealing with a range of mental health concerns.

  • Mindfulness-Based Strategies

Mindfulness practices help retrain how the nervous system responds to discomfort, stress, and difficult thoughts. We teach practical techniques that build present-moment awareness and reduce the emotional weight that pain and anxiety can carry.

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)

PRT is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps the brain unlearn the cycle of chronic pain. It targets the neural pathways that sustain pain signals, offering a path toward lasting relief for people living with persistent pain.

  • Psychoeducation on Pain Neurophysiology

Understanding how pain is processed in the brain and body changes how people relate to their symptoms. We provide clear, research-grounded education on pain science as a foundation for every other aspect of treatment.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Pain (CBT-P)

CBT-P helps identify the thoughts, behaviors, and patterns that intensify the pain experience. Clients develop practical tools for reducing suffering and reclaiming daily function through structured skill-building.
